The culture gives feeling like working for yourself. Job satisfaction is there. But I don't know may be this due to current Covid situation growth opportunities are slightly restricted. It may be I have experienced the same due to this pandemic but I have experienced the same.

Everything looks fine while working for ceat. Only the thing I dislike is my self growth. As I have to be little bit worried for my future also.

The company company is open to Innovation and readily adopt latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market really were high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow double pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14 to 18 hours after dinner day as I have to attend a client Call Centre evening and sometime late into the night managers do not value and an individual unit stands which is I have to take back my suggestion most of the time

My work is slightly challenging as a I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yeild operation.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
