Job security, people policies are good. One can be granted unlimited sick leave but boss and colleague will disturb during sickness as well.

Dislikes

Only talk about work life Balance, whereas a basic like “donot disturb after working hour” could not be implemented. Appraisal system is complex and looks like made for cheating employees. No body can get his CTC completely, 5-10% minus will be happened to every one.
