Shift timing is good.The food in the canteen is good. The bus always arrives on time.And the kaizan scene is very good.

Dislikes

First of all, everyone's salary should be good. Why do we come out? To earn. But here the salary matters are not good. And one more thing, whoever is interested in a particular department is not given that department & those whose posts are big don't know the manners of talking. Everything is not good here.Clothes are not available,how to manage with just a single t-shirt. And please explain to the M1 M2 shift incharges how to talk to juniors. Job security, people policies are good. One can be granted unlimited sick leave but boss and colleague will disturb during sickness as well.

Dislikes

Only talk about work life Balance, whereas a basic like “donot disturb after working hour” could not be implemented. Appraisal system is complex and looks like made for cheating employees. No body can get his CTC completely, 5-10% minus will be happened to every one.
