Shift timing is good.The food in the canteen is good. The bus always arrives on time.And the kaizan scene is very good.

Dislikes

First of all, everyone's salary should be good. Why do we come out? To earn. But here the salary matters are not good. And one more thing, whoever is interested in a particular department is not given that department & those whose posts are big don't know the manners of talking. Everything is not good here.Clothes are not available,how to manage with just a single t-shirt. And please explain to the M1 M2 shift incharges how to talk to juniors. The company is open to innovation & adopt latest Tyre. I love the company because company behavior is excellent. Another plus point my colleague come from various locations ,& we work happily in collaboration.
