Have lot of policies and softwares to update for each of Sales person with on field sales activities as well as off field mis work and working hrs not possible to work on the same as well lot of pressure of selling with collections also to look after sales which is not possible for every sales person. They should have separate teams to assign for collection

Worst internal environment, branch offices are like godown setup (no basic power generator back up, evening snacks tea not there, no basic amenties) sheep's paradise working in this company They have head office in Delhi,, but all branch offices are pathetic to work inside Every month employees attrition rate is high in this company

You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .
