You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . Ceasefire industries is one of the best company for fresher as you will get the proper idea of market and it is one the leading company in fire safety so try for 1-2 year for experience. salary on time salary increment less but easy to achieve targets timing is very good best product range and quality top class with customer will get relabel product

Have lot of policies and softwares to update for each of Sales person with on field sales activities as well as off field mis work and working hrs not possible to work on the same as well lot of pressure of selling with collections also to look after sales which is not possible for every sales person. They should have separate teams to assign for collection
