Nothing much except for the reason that I like the mission and vision the new CEO and CTO has towards the growth which definitely works out. So much to travel even though ur work does not demands... If u have a good rapport with ur manager u can get free trips to UK, SA and ME regions. Not sure about NA as I was not part of it...😏
New company and still most of the things are not settled as part of HR prcesses. If you are getting into CDK International and not America, you are in trouble because the North American team in India is dealt with Efficient Leaders and they know what they are doing. The International team in India is dealt with bunch of people and not Leaders( especially the top notch or level managers who does things as a monarchial way) who does not even know what they r working for how to save revenue. They always project higher people count to the management and not sure why they r doing so. New CEO Brian and the CTO seems to be good and am sure they will definitely bring the company to a great height s. They don't need stuff. The top management especially the international team in India only needed bonded labour and never satisfied. Typical call center environment as the management is from the call centers . In recent months there have been several incidents involving political and managerial misconduct in the workplace that there’s been no good reason to believe that this is a good place to work.
Higher Management is biased and they don’t care about the people who work rather they are more concerned with what they want to do and achieve. This is a review based on last two years experience where Senior Leadership and ELT are awesome in Customer Operations starting from Director and level above it. However, the management level between TL and Director which are precisely Operations Managers are extremely poor. They never knew what they are doing however due to excellent communication skills were able to portrait an excellent image. People with intimidating characters who often use to threaten people of losing jobs. Ideas stating that MS Excel and Word are out of date applications in today's world. Never knew what is the difference between a business process and what is procedure. Incapable of identifying right KPIs for team or even never knew what KPIs are. Never even heard about process audits which then made them fail when the actual audit happened. This made people lose their jobs as the process was outsourced after audit failures. Few legacy systems which need to stay in-house have made people survive over a period of time. Ofcourse, ELT has played a phenomenal role on saving the people from losing their jobs as much as they can just because a level lower than them were highly incompetent....Read More
