As a Project Engineer there is an ample opportunity to learn and grow. As the job sites are normally away at various locations, exposure to different types of industry enriches us with knowledge and expertise which in long run is beneficial. Job security is high if one is dedicated and has interest in the work. Work-life balance isslightly out of place especially for the Project Engineers as they are normally out of station executing projects at site.
