There work culture, work life balance it’s totally not there. Your life will become hell. They have in house US projects but you need to login early in the morning and you need to wait till US team joins and you need to support them. Till 10 pm ist. No one care about your health. Even if someone will die they will replace next day.

Good product based company with good challenges and long term job security.
Management changes frequently which affects the overall roadmaps for the project. 3 days work from office is too much when some of the even service based companies only has 2 days wfo. This policy can be improved. Employees onshore have still flexible wfh policy. This needs to b changed.

Working at client location is not good, as you don't feel worth working there, treated as vendor and not as a direct. CBRE is a good company to work for but then work directly in CBRE office yo get all the benefits and you may see your growth, being at client location no scope for growth. Working at client location will make you feel neither you are CBRE nor the client.

If you are deployed at site then you will get less worklife balance. Because your office hours are dependent on clients requirements also you will have to work 6 days a week. If you are selected in office then they may give you wfh on Saturday's again it depends on department you are working in

The best thing about working at CBRE is that I always get paid on time, and the firm never thinks twice about disciplining us for even minor faults.
One of the things I noticed most about CBRE is that, in order to maintain its value, the company prioritizes its reputation over the future of its employees and pays little attention to their development. The supervisors there aren't afraid to damage employee morale or demotivate their progress, which is something I've only seen in my 25 years of career.
