I love the company for its numerous opportunities to learn at new technologies and the way it's manages their team. They groom the employee to be perfect in their Job and take the career in possible challenging way to strive forward yourself

Dislikes

Once after you put down your papers, you are treated as different entity and your releving formalities are considered very irresponsible. Your F&F will be settled after numerous follow up mails to be written to them

They dont provide any kind of training for freshers they just send them to handle projects single handedly on their own(Especially in my case). They dont give Travel allowances to ppl below Deputy mangers designation.(In my case i travel daily more than 80+Kms). Learning and skill development of freshers is neglected</mark>.
