People from any hierarchy helps you to understand the work culture, project analysis and the different methodologies. There is a huge scope to interact with the HNI clients that makes you adhere to the real market scenario.

Dislikes

The work life balance is missing. One may have to work even on Sundays given the pressure from the clients. Since the business is mostly run by the demand of the clients a very leniancy is shown to the stringent timelines offered by them mostly.

Hardly anything. But if you're looking to make a mark in Consulting, especially Real Estate Consulting, you may learn a lot- ranging from field work to corporate presentations.

Please note, I'm talking about the Gurugram office. Can't comment about other locations. Pathetic company culture. They don't even have adequate seating capacity in the Cafeteria. You might as well stand and eat! Too hierarchical structure - can rise up the ladder only if you please your supervisors. Completely unprofessional. Initially, you may get an exposure of all verticals- Commercial, Residential, Industrial, etc. But soon you'll be assigned to one sector, and then the work will become repetitive. You'll be copying/pasting content from previous reports to create new slide
