Company s payment structure is good NY team is very cooperative and compatible to work with where the Indian team members create a confusion and worse work culture and behaviour malpractices for which I was compelled to leave the Company despite having a good record of my job been done !!

Dislikes

Indian team leads are making it to worse practicing bad work cultures and bringing nepotism into the scene ..

It was good until Company had choosen monster team leads !!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
