Cavisson is very fast growing company and it has good clients and work to explore.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Teammates are very good.. but their leads are all relative and doesn't have skill for lead position, they doesn't give respect to employees. Most of the employees are frustrated their due to misbehaviour of leads... 20% employees are relative of VP and they do good appraisal for relative only... Management is very poor and they have no talking sense... Overall company is very bad.

I had very good time in Cavisson , got very good friends. Got approximation by onshore and one of former manager.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
