NetStorm Product was really decent but internal politics and Worst management ruined this company.

Dislikes

Cavisson is full of high level internal politics. It's higher management, managerial level people are only filled with ceo's relatives and their relatives and so on... including HR department. They only get all the good appraisals, WFHs and different facilities as per their choice. They fired half of the company to save themselves after they did a tax scam. Never retained good employees from the start from leaving the company. They don't treat their employees as human beings ,people have to work 11-12 hours per day which feels like Jail. Working is 6 days a week(Mon-Sat), sometimes on Sundays also they will call you for priority issues. No extra pay or compensation for any hardwork. They think that firing employees and make them work 24*7 will make their product stable. Salary breakout is worst, most of the part of your money in CTC will go to different kinds of bonus which you will never receive. Such a scam. Apart from these there is no scope for much learning, For Developers its a nightmare here as the Code infrastructure is still monolithic and full of bugs. Instead of fixing bugs and making their product stable ...they are just patching up and somehow delivering to clients. In QA no automation , not even proper manual testing. Its better to be Jobless than to work in this Organization....Read More

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not as per industry. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are given by manager basis only.

Dislikes

Manager treated employe as resources not as a friend or family. They do partiality in appraisal and bonus.

The work culture of the company is worst and the policies are even more worst than the work culture. Make sure that you are aware of each and every policy before joining the company. Although the clients for which the company is working with are having fairly advance technology stack, so if you are keen to learn things then you can learn a lot here. The company is having red tapism environment. So many relatives of the company owners are working there and you could find yourself in trouble if you are having any kind altercation with those people. The HR team is worst as they only listen to the their favourites who are working with company since long or the relatives of company owners. The policies related to increment and salary bonus are worst. They always try to make a huge cut from your salary when you plan for leaving the company. Company is good for those people who are willing to more efforts in their work, build a good relationship with peers and seniors. If you are a part of Client team, chances of going to onshore is pretty much high. Free pick up and drop facility at night.

Dislikes

The company always expect more from it's employees, in terms of amount of time you spend on office premises (whether you are working or not) . Boot lickers will be favoured more over a genuine hard worker.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
