This company operates with a detrimental work culture, where employees are subjected to harassment in an attempt to improve product stability. Their policies regarding working hours are also unjust, as they deduct half a day's salary if an employee is late for a meeting scheduled after their working hours. These practices clearly violate labor laws. This company should take a page from more successful companies on how to run their business effectively and ensure product stability. They discriminate against Muslims. They treat freshers likes bonded labour and ask for 3 lakh rupee blank cheque which they threaten to cash if you leave before 1.5 years. Saturdays are working. Strict office timings 6. 6 day working without extra pay (earlier it was 5 but suddenly company decided to earn more profits) 7. Manager/TL of some teams are so terrible. Speaking of the cornerstone of any company, which is management, the HR department here lack knowledge of management and merely operates according to directives of those 3-4 leaders. They don't even reply to mail or messages and keep them long pending as they are busy in flower decoration and rangoli making (which they are best at Imust say). They say that WE ARE FAMILY but act quiet opposite. If you want to save your future and mental peace, please refrain from working here as even suggested by Managers and TL. They even say that it is their worst mistake in life to stay in company like this. If any employee raise their point of view or address their problem, they cannot tolerate it and dismiss them giving frivolous reasons. They are just extorting freshers in term of training by making use of them for 10-11 hours per day for 6 days in a week and keeping their confirmation long pending (giving name of process going on every time u ask) which compel them to self-resign. We are tolerating this epic circus since 2 years, make sure you won't be part of it since it is the time of new recruitment as even I have seen many seniors lack the skill of training newbies and keep them for scapegoat and putting all work load on interns and blaming them if anything goes wrong. Lastly, management have issue with dressing sense if any male/female employees wear distressed jeans. Who in corporate world of IT focus on this instead of performance n work??
