- No decision or activity sticks for a long time, everything is tactical and results are expected instantly - The top management doesn't want to change and focus is towards age-old practices only, so in case you bring in new ideas, they are generally rejected or ignored but later when competitor comes up with same idea, then it is implemented instantly - During COVID, the organisation took a bold step by going permanent WFH and then hired people across the country, later they reversed their decision and asked everyone to report to Head Office - Due to multiple frequent policy changes, a lot of high potential and talented people left...Read More
