Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I like Raja gopal Assistant Manager handling skill. He is the only person can handle the entire office without giving any stresses to employees. Believe me, he is super cool.

There are bunch of dislikes here. I almost working here for 2 years. But i didn't get enough salary and appraisal even though I'm working well. Politics plays here too. So many getting high salary without knowledge. I don't know why but here knowledged persons are not allowed to do anything. don't like the entire system at all. Compensation is ok. But not matching the industry standards.

Dislikes

Micro managing done by the Director himself. Not allowing the employees to work as per their will. Directors intervention in the employee's personal issues. Lots of questions being asked while taking leave even if it be a sick leave. Lots of unnecessray work pressure.
