Warm welcome to Catalyst ! Catalyst was incorporated in 1992 as a private company in Mumbai, India with the name Catalyst Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. Catalyst obtained registration as advisors and consultants with the Securities Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ) and was active in undertaking Techno Economic Feasibility and Viability studies for new projects, obtaining funding for clients through debt sources and advising companies in raising funds from the capital markets. In 1998, Catalyst shifted focus to providing a wide range of outsourcing, consulting and recruiting services. Name of Catalyst was also subsequently changed to Catalyst Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. From a 50 square feet office in Fort, Mumbai in 1992, today Catalyst has modestly grown to a 2375 sq feet office at the central commercial hub at Andheri, Mumbai as well as a 3000 square feet office at Chennai and a nationwide network of associate firms in 30 cities across India, with a client list featuring well known companies from all over the world. Total staff team size of Catalyst & its group concerns was 692 persons as of Feb 28, 2019.
