You get to work in a highly energetic environment under seasoned founders. You have the oppurtunity to own your work, prove your mettle and experience scaling at a fast pace. The right place to be if you want to earn and learn at the same time.

Dislikes

Being part of a startup, responsibilities and expectations will be high at times. Important to understand the risk of non performance and work accordingly. Work flexibility options might not be the most appealing initially but management in progress to find the right balance.

They're not serious about work. You can easily just pretend working and take salary home. The senior technical architect and AVP of Product are setting example of it.

Dislikes

Work culture is quite challenging. They changed working days and hours policy after mass hiring. Politics, shoe lic king is the only way to survive in this organization. The senior of tech architect and Product has zero knowledge of their own domain, if taken actual interview rounds, both won't be able to crack the basic round. Job Security is ZERO.
