There are a couple of good tech stuff if you are a backend engineer. If you are a front-end developer or mobile developer, god bless your soul. As the company is trying to move all of the code on a single framework called Flutter. If you are a Flutter developer, it will be a good opportunity for you to realize you learn how not to code. Although some people have put in a lot of hard work in making things right. But the upper management will expect too much from you and ultimately you will start to experience burnout every week which will start to impact your motivation to work. The diagnostic tech here is complete, which means you will get to learn how it should work, you can learn a lot from that which means you would mostly work on support and menial tasks. One good thing about this company is that you will find many people who literally have no work other than talking about their manager's good "DEEDS". so that's always a fun activity. Lastly, The appraisal of this company is good. you can get 15%-20% that is when you dedicate your life to them. Wanna know how? Important things first This company is doing LAYOFFs in almost every domain. The company doesn't care about important things like security or performance, they want to migrate every possible thing to Flutter. There is no benchmarking whatsoever. Everyone left is either a tech manager or some lead engineer. If you are not that, god bless your soul you will soon understand you deserve better things in life Upper management thinks they are very Smart, I truly wish that was true. In reality, they make important decisions on a whim. This company offers many perks like * Zero work-life balance * Extremely over-smart colleagues, with expertise in buttering and you know the word as well. * Over smart and extremely egoistic seniors, Most of the EMs and above people won't be able to get a better job so they stick here in this company and make it a living hell for new people. Why? Because they are MANAGEMENT. ;) Everyone in this company is a LEAD or MANAGER. So, if you are not that then, congratulation everyone will micro-manage you. Don't get me started on the EMs & VPs Some EMs won't be able to a proper SDE 2 profile in a good company and yet the company thinks they are qualified to manage you. Even the VPs are laid off so what would you expect from a company? Nobody is safe They are running a proper roadies show inside, and all of the upper management thinks that they are raghu ram. You know the rest. Join this company if you are in need of a job and nothing else like mentorship and a collaborative environment where you can learn. The seniors think if they will teach you something, you might become a threat to their job. that's how shallow they think. Don't expect to grow in this company because the ratio to an EM/Principal Engineer to junior/middle/senior dev is 5: 2. They have shut down a lot of their projects. They have limited resources. Monetary support policy in case of any mishaps happen in our family. We can take upto 6 months advance salary which will be deducted later from every month pay.

There is no proper office timings if you come at 9 am it is not possible that you may go at 6pm. You have to work till 9 pm or more. And it is very frequent and you can't complain about it .
