Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I’ve gained a lots of knowledge here, but working under my former manager was especially impactful before 1-2 years before. She was incredibly supportive and instrumental in developing my skills, making that experience one of the highlights of my time at this company.

Monetary support policy in case of any mishaps happen in our family. We can take upto 6 months advance salary which will be deducted later from every month pay.

Dislikes

There is no proper office timings if you come at 9 am it is not possible that you may go at 6pm. You have to work till 9 pm or more. And it is very frequent and you can't complain about it .
