There are no pros I found after spending around 3 years in this company. Salaries are suddenly halved and you will be forced to sign a letter to accept that u are happy with the half salary, Save your career by not joining this organization either at senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No job security, HR is good for nothing over here. Half day is deducted if you are 1 second late, Half salaries on CTC which was offered to you on offer letter
