The General Counsel of this company is a terrible bi-polar person, he hires and firs people in months, also regrets later sometimes when things get out of his control, also is gets very influenced by people and do not take decision on merit instead on hear say and take actions against other people without asking or listening to the other person. Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. MANAGEMENT AND FOUNDERS always keen to understand how to reduce the number of employee, they fire employees but do not hire replacement and give work to existing employee, never give a good appraisal even after good rating from manager you will get 5%
