No leaves even for government holidays or festivals…Horrible work culture which has become extremely toxic over the years…No respect for Ops staff and an extremely step motherly treatment including cheapskate stuff like not providing goodie bags / perks which are made exclusive only for sales staff…No process and no accountability…process changes whenever there’s a change in management.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.
