Only the Super Senior management is Good but words do not reach till there regarding the lower level employees and their concerns.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are a farce. Competitors offer better salaries and Appraisals happen only for employees who tend to be in good books os their managers.

There is no work-life balance at this company. The week off exists only to fulfil the requirement of 365 working days; there are no real leaves or holidays. Even if you do take leave, management often calls you that day, which means you can't find any peace of mind. The company is purely focused on sucking the employee's blood and you have to sacrifice your family life and personal time.
