Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.

Salary and compensation for hard working people but you have to compromise your work life balance

Dislikes

Few people like Abhinav G and few others are spoiling the culture of the organization. They don't respect people but because they are at CXO levels hence lot of people have to leave the organization. It's people who built the organization. P.S - I was the outstanding performer for several years but finally have to leave the organization because of this person ONLY.
