Working timing not fix....weekly off is not beneficial there ..24 hour work load is too much ...they Makes work even on weekly off days...behavior like unofficial...they does not understand any problems..

Initially work culture was really relaxed and focused. Really good incentives if you can achieve target. WFH is provided on genuine reasons.

Dislikes

Adventures work culture. They will scrap existing successful model if they think something new will yield better result. Layoffs are frequent.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
