They have all electric items like AC,printers,microwave systems, but they don't have electricity in office i was worked 4 to 5 days in 48°C temp without electricity & they not look into seriously achievers issues & the harrasment by his/her manager as I worked and face that issue on that time, when my mother health was critical and I already submitted the medical docs on mail and informed that I'll work from home & maintain the both things mother health & work, level 1 not approved but Level-2 Manager already given the approval for WFH but the HR manager was rude and ask for the resign,i was shocked 🤯 I was a 2nd topper in India and having lots to appreciation mails on official email in this company with in 6 months but no one understand my circumstances,so finally I decided to resign because I can't left my mother alone as her critical situation. No one management ask why you resign ?.. I given lots of time and effort to this company, I have no rights to give this kind of feedback but it's happn with me so I share, as our 5 fingers are not same so might be your issue will be different but I request to all Corporate segments kindly help to atleast hardworker employees who really have honesty, integrity and passionate about his work for your organisations....Read More
