Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.
