MANAGEMENT AND FOUNDERS always keen to understand how to reduce the number of employee, they fire employees but do not hire replacement and give work to existing employee, never give a good appraisal even after good rating from manager you will get 5%

Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Working as cars24 has been quite fulfilling for me.The salary,opportunities for promotion,job satisfaction and work life balance all are excellent here.My experience with the company has great ,and the people here are very supportive helpful by nature.

Work life balance,job security -depends up on manager ,no proper management as no difference in between salary of a telecaller and retail Executive. Imp part is their is no appreciate or no respect even u r a good performer, only they need their monthly basis target.

No leaves even for government holidays or festivals…Horrible work culture which has become extremely toxic over the years…No respect for Ops staff and an extremely step motherly treatment including cheapskate stuff like not providing goodie bags / perks which are made exclusive only for sales staff…No process and no accountability…process changes whenever there’s a change in management.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.
