Only the pay is good where you get additional 15k on top of your salary. Maybe that would be removed in future.

Dislikes

Very dirty politics, the business are illiterate and never listen to you. The US business heads control the Hyderabad office and they think like you are 3rd grade cheap labour whom they ask to dance how they like just to satisfy their ego and to hide their mistakes. There are much better companies out there so consider other options before accepting their offer.

I joined this company with lost of hope and respect as it is product based organisation. No knowledge sharing resulted in no growth. People are not liked to share knowledge to secure their positions. Manager gives multiple silly reasons for cost cutting and make u to resign. They dont like growth in company only existing projects are getting managed. Worst working culture, no proper policy defined for Sales & Service. In Carrier airconditioning refrigeration, the Commercial executive is the head of all dept. like Sales/Service etc. If you are having some official problems even HR does not help you. Overall I suggest not joining this company if you have other options.
