Good work environment and culture everything is good he management everything is good. But culinary management needs to learn about funtime properly and funtime policies for example Indian chefs. They need to stop harassing and bullying employees.

When there is party and all we have to work extra hours and last day before US port we have to do deep cleaning so it takes time and we cross 12 hours in those days so when the time is more comes in overtime. Then our chefs cuts our overtime and shows 10 hours but we worked for more then 13 hours it's the same with all kitchen stuffbut nobody tells because of job security 😔. I have faced this on all 3 ships wherever I have worked. They force us to approve harass us to approve our funtime which is adjusted .
