Except Indian people, Indonesian people, Philippines people, others country people like Jamaican, Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe, South African people very lazy,no understanding work ethics,no support teams, always medical off,they why I don't know the carnival cruise still recruiting lazy people for busy environment

Rules and regulation is very much strict. HR team is very much supportive. They organise lots of events every month for staff entertainment. Staff food quality andaccommodation is very good. Once you enter your working hours starts. You will not get a single day off in entire 9months contract. Work load is too much. As per company rule duty hours is 10 hour/day. But your senior will give you lots work, which you won't finish between time. If you work in culinary. Everyday you have to work atleast 15 - 18 hours. But you can't show more than 10 hours in the system. It means simple you have clocked out and work, Which is illegal. Overtime will be deducted by your supervisor. In culinary you have to lots of side jobs. It means they appoint less number of cooks and some work is distribute to everybody, Which is not suppose to do. Every week their must be some board drills, whatever you are doing at that time you must stop and attend that board drills. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
