Hectic work, Stupid management. CEO and COO both are useless (husband and wife). Managers are also dancing to the tunes of Management. No benefits for working. Even no cafeteria or any perks. Just a shitty office.

1. During my 9 months of tenure here, my salary was never on time. 2. Its been 2 years I resigned this company. I still have 2 months of outstanding salary that needs to be cleared. 3. Not even PF amount is deposited into EPF account. But in each month, they use to deduct it from my salary.

Good work life balance for individuals, except a few who like to butter the management with more work hours (and less efficiency).

Factory-like HR policies, nuance office politics, terrible team environment. Everyone is at their neck and the first two are the reasons for this. You can guess how much anyone would be able to learn in such an atmosphere of hate and jealousy.
