Even though I got no hike and managers wanted me to appreciate it, I'd still tell you good sides of company. 2 weeks complete off per year. July first week and Diwali week. Lots of different Snacks, Free lunch. They spend money on that one for sure. Some "leaders" are good. Like the VP of Engineering Pradeep. You can openly discuss anything to him be you're an intern or anyone. Depends on person to person. There's no strict working hours in and out policy. Nothing is being tracked at that front. Someone said: India is a dumping ground for US. I totally agree to it. Felt it after joining. No one and I literally mean No one in India questions the US people. They do whatever you have been asked. Late night calls, do it according to US people. You build a project, get it reviewed from US. They look at you like you don't worth it. Cheap labour. India team tries to get in good books of US, always still it's not enough. Showing is mor than doing because US team needs to see it. Depends on managers to managers.
