i like cargill company and company products, but some ASM emloyees or like Bhandari sir behaves very bad. always in chamchagiri.

Dislikes

Because my senior behaves very bad about talkings to others always chamchagiri. no complaint solves. thats my reason i resign cargill company.

Higher management Extremely pressurized to their team Profession and life balance Not maintained If they on sick leave Manager continue calling and mailing If you not answering next day you are extremely harrassed

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Therw is a lit of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resigb. On the job traning is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in ghe beginning as there was o formal traning session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear mjltiple hats and ghat helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
