Most hopeless company I have worked for. The organisation believes in firing people based on their feelings and not on performance. If a higher shot in the organisation says " I am not comfortable with this guy" very high chances you will loose your job. This is irrespective of economic situation in the country. There are many casesof conflict of interest in the company but they are not highlighted coz of obvious reasons. The work culture is hopeless to say the least. Focus is on making PowerPoint presentations rather than the core delivery. Lakhs of rupee is spent on contractors (IIT + IIM) grads/ post grads who make glam presentations. Indian leadership plays too many politics.if you have strong relationship with your senior managers by praising them you will get promotions. In India Even if you work hard and having good experience also they will keep you aside.If you complain to HR also no use.HR is not independent department.

Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Dislikes

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.

All good but bad manager spoiled the culture. Call centre and BPO managers spoiling the culture and their behaviour and casteism.
