Work life balance is good. Management is not inclined to demonstrate micro management state of mind so far. Very good transportation services provided to employees. Managers let employees to let their ideas put forward to enhance processes. Hybrid work model is still provided to employees. Diversity can be observed throughout the organisation.

Private company, so organisational leadership is not very strong in terms of talent! they were in fact a good company till a few years back. but then when world changed with advancement in Technology , someone should have guided the organization long back to keep pace with the changing world, which did not happened. Leadership team just does not know what they are doing! As a result, now salaries , promotions has all been affected , which was pretty good , till two years back. HRB's lack essential skills and show a disturbing vulnerability. There is a noticeable lack of respect for female employees, which is unacceptable.
