Private company, so organisational leadership is not very strong in terms of talent! they were in fact a good company till a few years back. but then when world changed with advancement in Technology , someone should have guided the organization long back to keep pace with the changing world, which did not happened. Leadership team just does not know what they are doing! As a result, now salaries , promotions has all been affected , which was pretty good , till two years back. It will take some years to get in on the right track, if at all the tricks on change in strategies, that the Higher management has now started with , works out for the company....Read More
