Dislikes

Indifferent management, filled with either oldies who are managers by virtue of being in the system for decades or the cheapest hire possible. Dismally low pay. Unbearably huge amount of talk about employee benefits with lip service at best. Leaders especially do not walk the talk. Siloed functions.
