I joined Cargill business services in planning - IT and got surprised to realise that my immediate supervisor is completely influenced by IT vendor partners for all wrong reasons and undermine own internal team which is completely unethical and hence many business functions were completely dissatisfied with the IT team in planning. Work life balance is good. Management is not inclined to demonstrate micro management state of mind so far. Very good transportation services provided to employees. Managers let employees to let their ideas put forward to enhance processes. Hybrid work model is still provided to employees. Diversity can be observed throughout the organisation.

Private company, so organisational leadership is not very strong in terms of talent! they were in fact a good company till a few years back. but then when world changed with advancement in Technology , someone should have guided the organization long back to keep pace with the changing world, which did not happened. Leadership team just does not know what they are doing! As a result, now salaries , promotions has all been affected , which was pretty good , till two years back. Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
