80% people are trying to leave the job because of the poor work culture but most are locked here because even though skillfull Carestack makesure they are locked by making them unhirable by giving them a hige salary. Eg: a 3 year experience person working in Trivandrum will be paid around 22lakhs plus. They will call you and wake you up at 2am in the morning and that too not even for a critical stuff. They will call you up and expect your response when you on sick leave or during weekends. And after everything, they will make sure you still feel terrible because the requirements are so bad that engineers feel bad for writing good code for bad features...Read More
