Now the standards have been dropped drastically, and there's groupism and favouritism..

Dislikes

There's groupism and favouritism going on within carelon, no learning opportunities are given.. forget about appraisal and hikes... It's not even peanuts... Very minimal... It doesn't stand to the means of product based company.
