In the initial years of the company. Company was very good now the only focus goes with cost cutting, reducing the hikes, micromanagement and no support to the employees from management.

There's groupism and favouritism going on within carelon, no learning opportunities are given.. forget about appraisal and hikes... It's not even peanuts... Very minimal... It doesn't stand to the means of product based company.

Cab facility one good thing . There is lot to learn here regarding technology but we won't get anytime to go through those.

Lot of work load .. no time for learning ... Work life balance is not good at all after rebranding even benefits also removed and no perks ... Even for weekend we have to work sometimes... It's almost like working 11-12hr per day

Worst Work life balance. Overtime pay is rejected no matter how long you work outside of your shift. Replacing all the seniors with freshers. No regard to employees health. Removed shift allowance for 12-9 shift. Constant work pressure. Forced to work on weekends.
