Good in safety and security and the infrastructure of the company was so good that helps the employees to feel in working with an MNC company.the work environment was so great and helpful. The team leads are so helpful and knowledgeable about the things.

I think Carelon has to provide default promotion for the employees who are working for certain period of time in the same company.There are no promotions and when the employee try to get the internal job position they’re no chances to change our position in this company. The management has to raise values for the skills of the employees. So please provide some guidance to get promoted to the employees who are in only one position for over several years. * Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee.
