I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.

I would say process changes every day there is new update on process which will create errors and supervisor will not understand this that we all are working humans not machine that's all And about promotion nothing

Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

Company atmosphere, facilities, I'm thankful to the company for giving a greate opportunity. Its helps me lot to grow in future.

Team leader and Assistant Manager behaviour, they are didn't take any feedback back from hardworking employees they are only selecting only the people who is good with them. I'm carelon they are leading politics between associate.

* Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e. I dislike to work on National process actually I want to move different process and to learn new things but they are not leaving with this national teams i applied IGP but they management not responding properly why they PPL not responding i don't know

Very good place to work and all the facilities are very nice. even they provide development programs and trainings as well.

Dislikes

They won't provide any promotions. If they give training programs they won't select us. it's complete depend on the manager. If the candidate have all the skills to move to the another roll managers won't agree with that.
