Except for the money-minded managers there lies a lot of potential

Ankit Kumar Jaiswal, a manager who occasionally adds to development and delegate to reportees without an accountability to a live product while playing disguise with stakeholders. Lack to understand requirement fails to avail necessary tools or resource. Technical discussions and efforts made are deterred by belittling views that 'This company is not Google' and makes around 'Animal-Monster' comparisons to product and people. Office politics in mismanagement with arrogance and ignorance is prevalent, whereas alcoholism, narcotism and gender bias is visible, as well as issues are delayed in parties and vacations. In such poor conditions engineers are left to act in self-reliance only to later face ridicule and blackmail with demeaning comments like 'Don't try to show you're some kind of Techie'. Staff's entire life is secretly controlled by police surveillance, spy monitoring and location tracking, making it unbearable. In spite of serving well, had to forcibly quit in a deep depression from these ordeals with impacts including hospitalization, disturbance of psyche, loss in self-respect and hurt to profession. * Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e. I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.
