Management don't know how to manage a team, HR policy is different for every employee. Wanted deduction of salary. Its a startup, working environment is so bad, basically facilities is also not there, AC, fridge, lunch area and even sometime you have to struggle for sitting also.

There is a quit issue with manager She is not respect there team mate. And other wise company was very good

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
