Worst work culture. They want that every employee must invest at least 11-12 hrs of their in office for work. Sales manager is not behaving like manager. Manager only promote his favourite employees. Imbalance work culture. Not satisfied with work. HR didn't respond to employees problem. They hold salary without any reason. Manager is not supportive. Highly frustrated with careers360

Nothing .... Hopeless Human Resource Manager (so called) at Gurugram

There is a deaf Human Resource aunty who takes the interviews from the Corporate office at Gurugram. She is hopeless They expect the creams BUT CANNOT PAY WELL. There is no proper place to walk at the Hyderabad office and no clue of the extended Work hours is what I have been told during the interview .... Waste of time with these people

Not as hectic as other news publications although crunch time for the magazine can be pretty hectic. But, all in all, manageable. Work from home is great.

Poor tech department. Tech issues are not resolved on time which affects work now and then.
