I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Teammates are helpful and supportive. Good learning from leads. Work environment is fine.

Dislikes

Job security is bug factor as on spot termination happened a lot of times even of older and senior employees including managers. Poor appraisals even after employee put 100 percent effort. So much of politics between management.

Worst work culture. They want that every employee must invest at least 11-12 hrs of their in office for work. Sales manager is not behaving like manager. Manager only promote his favourite employees.
